Mastering Minds in partnership with Artbound presents Paint Night Fundraiser
Get ready for a fun evening out!
We are hosting a Family and Friends Paint Night Fundraising Social on Wednesday, November 16, 2016.
All proceeds from our event and Auction will go to Helping Waves of Hope build an extension to the High School in Nicaragua. In 2012 Waves of Hope was approached by the local community with the need to build a High School. Only a small amount of kids in the area further their education past grade 6. With no local school, there were extremely limited options for further education. When the Olas de Esperanza School opened in 2014 there were 76 children enrolled. In 2016 attendance has more than doubled and the Ministry of Education is projecting that there will be 240 students next February and over 300 students in 2018. Artbound has agreed to help fund the extension to the school and has committed to fund a portion of the overall 40K budget for construction. We are now also partnering to help make this happen!
The paint night will start at 5:30 with light refreshments until 8:00 and will include a silent auction, a guided painting session along with the chance to auction/bid on paintings.
